Program Objective
The Help Desk Support Analyst Diploma program is designed to prepare
students for positions in technical support centres for medium to large
companies. They will meet the demands of customers who purchase support
services for hardware and software products as well as providing support to
in-house staff. This program
prepares students for three certifications: the Microsoft Certified Desktop
Support Technician(MCDST), CompTIA's A+, and the Help Desk Analyst(HDA)
certification.
 Admission Requirements Working knowledge of the English language. Successful completion of an entrance assessment.
